Who regulates the internet?
From my point of view, there is no one can regulates the internet.What you might be thinking of is ICANN, Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers. Everyone of us can build a website and post anything they want though. This is a freedom for us. They have no right to stop us.
Personally, do you think there should be internet censorship? why?
No, I don't think our country should be internet censorship. Their are 3 countries are under internet censorship, such as China, Saudi Arabia and Cuba. They control their citizen can't censor the Internet, including email, blogs and websites, for content on topics such as anti-government sentiment, human rights and radical social opinions. I personally think that if we live under a no freedom country, that would be very suffer. We shall have the right to tell point out our point of view and comment.

as you know, the censorship have it pros and cons as mentions from other member's posts. Therefore, those countries which under control by internet censorship might have their own reasons to do so, maybe its for their safetyness purpose. Besides, we may think they feel pity and sympathy them, but maybe they think the other way round which they feel that is okay for them. So, i think we doesn't have to concern much unless you might migrate to one of those countries.
